Ocean Fathoms wines are produced in very limited production, with each bottle is hand sealed using the highest grade of wax, then submerged beneath the ocean’s surface for 12 months to accelerate the aging process by our patented ocean-aging process. From the moment your bottle is prepared to its retrieval from the ocean floor, it’s part of a meticulous process involving ocean aging, quality testing, and a careful hand-finishing sealant. We want you to experience this rare process with us—following the evolution of your wine from bottle preparation to submersion to delivery.

No. Our Wine Director, Jordane Andrieu, meticulously sources grapes from some of the world’s most exceptional vineyards, selecting only the finest varietals that meet Ocean Fathoms’ exacting standards for ocean aging.
The ocean provides the perfect natural environment for aging wine. In the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean we have secured a location that provides constant cool temperatures, an absence of oxygen and harmful UV light, depth pressure, and the rhythmic motion of ocean currents all interact to enhance the wine’s development.
Through our patented ocean-aging process, the wine becomes naturally ionized — accelerating maturation and producing the refined balance, depth, and complexity typically seen after 7–12 years of traditional cellar aging.
Ocean Preservation
Ocean Fathoms is focused on supporting ocean conservation. To ensure that our process would not harm the ocean environment, a third-party environmental and geoenvironmental consulting firm conducted independent scientific studies that determined Ocean Fathoms’ process does not impact the environment.
We contribute 1% of sales to organizations that help protect the ocean.
