What truly sets Ocean Fathoms’ wine apart is the curious adventure of every bottle, which starts with the cellaring process in the rich waters off scenic Coos Bay, Oregon. We nestle each bottle filled with the finest wine in our revolutionary, proprietary cages and drop them like pearls into the deep blue ocean. The water’s current, the perfect temperature, and the absence of oxygen and UV light create ideal conditions for our patented ocean-aging process.

Resting beneath sea level, the wine inside the bottles evolves into the most superior and unique we have ever tasted. Outside, each glass vessel becomes distinct, adorned with jewel-colored barnacles, coral, and sea shells. Just like snowflakes, no two bottles are the same.
