Our pinot noir began its journey in renowned Dundee Hills, Oregon, perched at 650-foot elevations, and completed its mission on the depths of the ocean floor. During Ocean Fathoms’ patented, unique process, the wine’s origination, flavor profile, and distinct character are preserved and enhanced. Within our exclusively designed and patented cages, the galvanic current ionizes the wine, splitting the tannins, and enhancing its overall intricacy. After aging in the ocean, the tannins will gain texture and finesse, becoming more velvety.
