From the gleaming chalk-beds of Champagne, this rosé draws its vitality. The cuvée is crafted from a blend of the three classic Champagne varieties: Chardonnay lending elegance and freshness, Pinot Noir supplying structure and red-berry character, and Pinot Meunier adding suppleness and early charm. A portion of still red wine (approximately 12–15%) from top Pinot Noir parcels in the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys lends that shimmering salmon-pink hue and depth. The vineyards span a mosaic of crus, each contributing chalky minerality, cool nights and slow ripening — conditions perfect for tension, balance and graceful mousse.

The Champagne Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé greets the eye in a lively cherry-pink tone, its bubbles fine and persistent. On the nose: crushed wild strawberries, cherries and blackcurrants, white flowers and hints of brioche. On the palate: a vibrant interplay of red fruit brightness and delicate texture, citrus-zest lift counterbalanced by orchard-depth, while the foam carries a polished mousse with a refreshing finish.
